Job Description

Strategy, Leadership, and Planning
• Develop and execute annual, seasonal, and event-driven on-island Food & Beverage marketing plans aligned with the SVP of F&B and CMO's direction, resort priorities, brand standards, restaurant/bar revenue goals, PR priorities, sponsor revenue goals, and event sponsorship opportunities.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to Food & Beverage leadership, translating operational priorities, guest insights, and business goals into actionable campaigns, offers, programs, and communications.
• Create and manage a master Food & Beverage marketing calendar that includes restaurant and bar activations, venue launches, seasonal menus, holiday programs, culinary events, beverage promotions, local market initiatives, entertainment tie-ins, PR moments, sponsorship milestones, and resort-wide campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the on-island Food & Beverage Marketing Manager, graphic design resources, and supporting agency/vendor partners by establishing clear priorities, roles, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Create and lead productive meetings and working sessions with Food & Beverage operators, resort management, senior leadership, creative partners, and marketing stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Revenue Growth and Guest Engagement
• Design and implement marketing programs that increase Food & Beverage revenue, covers, average check, reservations, private dining inquiries, local visitation, group/event demand, repeat visits, and guest participation in culinary and beverage experiences.
• Partner with operations and analytics teams to identify revenue opportunities without compromising the perceived value, quality, or luxury of the guest experience.
• Develop targeted messaging and offers for pre-arrival, on-island, and post-stay touchpoints to connect guests with relevant dining, bar, lounge, and culinary experiences.
• Collaborate with CRM marketing, digital marketing, casino marketing, hotel marketing, social media, public relations, events, sponsorship partners, creative services, and resort operations to integrate Food & Beverage campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Support the development of promotional concepts such as chef dinners, tasting menus, brunches, happy hours, cocktail programs, wine or spirits events, pop-ups, local collaborations, seasonal experiences, and limited-time offers.
On-Property Communications and Brand Experience
• Oversee Food & Beverage content and messaging across on-island guest touchpoints, including digital signage, wayfinding, in-room communications, menus, printed collateral, on-property displays, airport placements, the guest app or ALLIN platform, website content, email, paid media, and social media inputs.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage promotions, creative assets, venue descriptions, menus, operating details, pricing, imagery, and guest communications are current, accurate, brand-consistent, and operationally approved.
• Identify opportunities to reinforce the brand through Food & Beverage storytelling, including chef talent, beverage craftsmanship, local sourcing, signature dishes, cultural connections, service rituals, and distinctive venue experiences.
• Partner with Creative Services, Public Relations, Social Media, Events, and sponsorship partners to develop high-value concepts, content, photography, video, and communication plans that support business goals and elevate the guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest-facing Food & Beverage marketing touchpoints to ensure accuracy, quality, safety, brand standards, and a polished on-island presentation.
Partnerships, Local Market, and Community Engagement
• Research, evaluate, and pursue brand-aligned Food & Beverage partnerships with local businesses, tourism partners, community organizations, cultural institutions, beverage brands, suppliers, chefs, artisans, and other relevant partners.
• Develop local and regional marketing initiatives that increase awareness and visitation among residents, day visitors, community partners, and high-value resort guests.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop event sponsorship opportunities, package offerings, cooperative marketing funds, supplier support, and partner activations - including Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF), Battle 4 Atlantis, Party Like a Royal, and other resort, tourism, culinary, cultural, sports, and entertainment opportunities - to ensure they align with the brand, generate sponsorship revenue, deliver measurable value, and enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor local market activity, culinary trends, beverage trends, competitor programming, guest feedback, news, and relevant industry developments to inform new campaigns and programming.
Agency & Partner Management
• Serve as the primary on-island lead for key agency partners supporting Food & Beverage marketing, public relations, creative, social media, events, and sponsorship activations.
• Define and enforce clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to ensure seamless integration, consistent brand voice, visual identity, and efficient execution.
• Evaluate agency and partner performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals, creative standards, operational needs, and ROI expectations.
On-Island Public Relations, Media Strategy, and Event Sponsorships
• Lead on-island public relations efforts for Atlantis, including media relations, press coverage, press trips, FAM programs, influencer visits, executive visibility, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Public Relations, Events, Food & Beverage, Casino Marketing, Hotel Marketing, Creative Services, Social Media, and Operations to develop integrated PR, event, and sponsorship plans that support resort priorities and revenue goals.
• Create event sponsorship packages and benefit tiers for key opportunities, including Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF), Battle 4 Atlantis, Party Like a Royal, and other resort, tourism, culinary, cultural, sports, and entertainment sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop sponsor prospect lists, pitch and sell sponsorship packages to potential sponsors, lead sponsorship sales conversations, negotiate terms, coordinate approvals, and close sponsorship commitments.
• Own the total execution of each sponsorship from kickoff through post-event closeout, including partner communications, asset collection, approvals, contracted benefit fulfillment, hospitality and VIP components, on-property placements, event-day logistics, content capture, media and influencer hosting, run-of-show communications, signage, and guest messaging.
• Track results against agreed sponsorship goals and deliverables, including sponsorship revenue, sponsor investment, fulfillment status, impressions, engagement, guest impact, partner value, ROI, learnings, post-event recaps, and renewal recommendations.
• Oversee crisis communications and reputation management in partnership with Public Relations, Events, Operations, and senior leadership.
• Ensure PR and sponsorship initiatives are fully integrated into the broader content, social, digital, on-property, and local/community marketing ecosystem, maximizing amplification and impact.
Reporting, Budget, and Operational Alignment
• Define, track, and report on Food & Beverage marketing and sponsorship KPIs, including revenue impact, covers, reservation conversion, offer response, guest engagement, brand impressions, sponsorship revenue, sponsor fulfillment, media/social impressions, campaign ROI, private dining leads, local visitation, and partner performance.
• Create a consistent reporting cadence and use performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve guest conversion, and support future departmental strategies.
• Manage Food & Beverage marketing budgets, sponsorship revenue goals, promotional production costs, cooperative funds, sponsor-funded activations, and vendor resources to achieve targeted results and maximize ROI.
• Drive effective use of internal technologies, systems, data sources, and workflows to manage campaign deliverables, approvals, asset updates, guest communications, and reporting.
• Communicate and uphold company policies, procedures, practices, philosophies, safety standards, and brand expectations within all Food & Beverage marketing activities.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
