Worship Leader/Musician

Westside Baptist Church is seeking a Worship Leader/Musician.

Job Description

Strong Christian Character:

We are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to Christian values and principles.

Leadership Skills:

The ideal candidate will be capable of leading others effectively.

Musical Talent:

Proficiency in playing either the guitar of piano is required.

Ministry Involvement:

Collaborate with our teenagers and adults on special music performances. This includes pre-planning practices and conducting rehearsals on Wednesdays.

Doctoral agreement:

Candidate must agree with our doctoral statement and preferably be a member of our church. See www.westsidenac.org

Service Planning:

Take responsibility for pre-planning every Sunday service and leading each service.

Leave Policy:

Enjoy two paid Sundays off per year, with the first leave to be taken after six months of service. Other absences must be approved by the worker committee and will be non-paid.

Other Duties:

Other duties may be required as needed.
