Consumer Marketing & Community Manager (PC/Gaming)

We are seeking a Consumer Marketing & Community Manager to own and grow our desktop PC channel.
Location: Onsite Preferred - Remote / Hybrid Considered Travel: Occasional Customer Visits & Conference Attendance Reports to: Product Marketing Manager
Carbice is redefining thermal management with advanced carbon nanotube technology. Our consumer product, the Carbice Ice Pad, brings a new standard to desktop CPU coolingdelivering reliable, maintenance-free performance that improves consistency over the life of a system. We are building a brand that resonates with PC enthusiasts, gamers, and builders who demand reliable performance.
We are seeking a Consumer Marketing & Community Manager to own and grow our desktop PC channel. This role will work directly with the Product Marketing Manager to execute strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term value from our consumer audience. This is not just a marketing roleyou will be responsible for building a community, shaping the voice of the brand, and developing a strong partner ecosystem that accelerates growth.
Community & Channel Ownership

Own and grow Carbice's presence within the PC gaming and DIY builder community
Build and manage relationships with gamers, creators, modders, and enthusiasts
Monitor customer sentiment, feedback, and demand signals to inform strategy
Content & Education

Develop educational content that clearly communicates the long-term reliability and consistency advantages of the Ice Pad
Produce blog posts, guides, and technical content for PC builders and gamers
Translate complex thermal technology into clear, compelling narratives
Social & Digital Presence

Build and manage Carbice's social media channels and online presence
Develop campaigns that expand reach within gaming and enthusiast communities
Execute content calendars aligned with product and campaign priorities
Partnerships & Co-Marketing

Co-own and grow Carbice's strategic partner ecosystem alongside the Product Marketing Manager
Nurture and expand relationships across key partner categories: System Integrators: CyberPowerPC, Skytech Gaming, iBUYPOWER Cooling Providers & Heatsink Manufacturers: Asetek, Cooler Master, Bitspower D2C Channel Partners: TBD Influencers: Linus Tech Tips, Gamers Nexus, JayzTwoCents
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns, joint activations, and product collaborations
Create scalable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and campaign execution
Identify new partnership opportunities within the gaming and PC ecosystem
Podcast & Network Development

Launch and host a Carbice-branded podcast focused on gaming, PC building, and innovation
Feature partners, collaborators, and industry voices
Build a network spanning gamers, influencers, esports organizations, and technical experts
Campaigns & Growth Initiatives

Design and execute marketing campaigns to grow the Ice Pad product line
Expand reach through community-led and partner-driven initiatives
Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data
Customer Experience & Tools

Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer experience
Utilize CRM and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk) to track engagement and feedback
Help build systems that support long-term customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications

Required

Experience in gaming, PC building, or enthusiast hardware markets
Proven track record managing online communities and social channels
Experience creating content (blog, video, social, or podcast)
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar)
Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch
Preferred

Experience launching or hosting a podcast or media channel
Background working with influencers, esports teams, or creator ecosystems
Familiarity working with system integrators or hardware OEM partners
Familiarity with PC hardware, thermals, and performance optimization
Basic proficiency in website management and light coding (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms)
