Position Summary
The Account Manager at Agency 15 serves as the strategic connector between our clients, internal teams, and the work that drives brand growth. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, leading projects from briefing through execution, and ensuring agency work aligns with business goals, brand strategy, and measurable performance outcomes. This individual brings together client objectives, agency strategy, creative development, operational execution, and performance reporting — helping move projects forward efficiently while maintaining a high standard of communication, organization, and accountability. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment where collaboration, strategic thinking, and adaptability are critical. Core Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategic Leadership

Build and maintain strong day‑to‑day relationships with client teams and key stakeholders

Serve as a trusted partner by proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and guiding next steps

Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, audience needs, and competitive landscape

Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, expanded engagement, and strategic growth

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market shifts; translate insights into actionable recommendations

Partner with Creative, Digital, Media, Strategy, and Production teams to develop clear, strategic, and actionable project briefs

Evaluate agency work to ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and campaign goals

Lead communications throughout project lifecycles — from kickoff through final delivery

Capture, organise, and communicate client feedback, approvals, revisions, and next steps clearly across teams

Prepare detailed client recaps, status reports, presentations, and actionable meeting summaries

Participate in post‑project reviews and campaign evaluations to improve future performance and operational efficiency

Project Management & Executional Leadership

Own workflow management across assigned accounts and ensure projects move efficiently through the agency

Collaborate with internal teams to establish timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements

Track project progress proactively, identifying risks, bottlenecks, or timeline challenges early

Help maintain momentum and accountability across departments to ensure deadlines are met

Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and quality control processes before client delivery

Facilitate strong collaboration between Creative, Media, Digital, Strategy, and Production teams

Support project scope management by clarifying deliverables, managing revisions, and documenting changes effectively

Ensure files, project documentation, assets, approvals, and communications remain organised and accessible

Balance client priorities with internal team capacity and operational realities

Performance & Reporting

Collaborate with Analytics, Media, and Digital teams to establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies

Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness across channels and initiatives

Assist in preparing and presenting dashboards, performance summaries, insights, and optimisation recommendations

Analyse campaign and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic learnings

Partner with clients to establish measurable goals and ensure agency efforts are aligned to performance expectations

Help translate performance data into actionable business and marketing recommendations

Financial & Account Management

Understand client retainers, project scopes, timelines, and billing structures

Assist in developing project estimates, scopes of work, and budget tracking

Monitor project budgets and communicate scope changes or timeline impacts proactively

Partner with leadership and finance teams to support forecasting, profitability, and account health

Secure approvals for estimates, change orders, and additional scope requests

Help ensure projects remain financially aligned while maintaining quality and client satisfaction

Agency Leadership & Culture

Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and accountability‑driven agency culture

Support cross‑functional teamwork and strong communication across departments

Champion process improvements that increase efficiency, organisation, and client satisfaction

Advocate for both client success and internal team well‑being

Bring curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a solutions‑oriented mindset to the agency environment

Requirements

3–5 years of agency, marketing, advertising, or related account management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and client relationships simultaneously

Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, digital campaigns, and advertising workflows

Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative agency environment

Strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action

Self‑starter with strong accountability, adaptability, and client service instincts

Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions‑focused under pressure

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
