Sales Manager – LEPAS, Swindon
Fish Brothers is proud to announce the launch of the first UK dealership for Lepas, an electrified automotive brand focused on precision, power and elegance. Based at the newly refurbished Ashworth Road dealership in Swindon, this role offers the unique opportunity to play a leading part in launching and establishing a new brand in the UK market.

Location & Working Hours
Location: Swindon, Fish Brothers, Lepas
Working hours: 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, full‑time permanent role with one day off during the week. The dealership is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Own the sales operation and establish LEPAS within the Swindon market.

Lead and develop a high‑performance sales team, scaling the operation as the brand expands across the UK.

Set and achieve commercial targets, ensuring high standards of customer experience, FCA compliance, sales process and team performance.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape business direction during the launch and beyond.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a dealership environment.

Demonstrated success in launching a new dealership, franchise or brand is highly advantageous.

Strong commercial awareness, operational discipline and inspirational leadership.

Customer‑focused mindset and ability to build long‑term success through colleague engagement.
