Idealforce have a Contract position available immediately for a UI Developer /.NET Developer to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description

UI/UX Visual Designer/Developer will create amazing user experiences. Must have an eye for clean and functional design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Business Analysts to define innovative solutions for the product owners and developers
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design and usability guidelines, best practices and standards
Establish a design process that fits within the Agile/Scrum development process for an expanding team
Qualifications

-3+ years of UI or UX experience
A portfolio that shows a strong knowledge of UI/UX design
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Balsamiq Mockup, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping, a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, a plus.
