Linkage Marketing Coordinator

to join their Sales & Marketing team.

Pay
$16 per hour with production pay. Annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses)

Schedule
Hours range from 7am to 8pm (shifts typically 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm). Rotating shifts, 5 days per week, must be flexible/open to working on weekends. *Subject to business needs

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $2000 sign on bonus potential with 1 year of timeshare experience: $1,000 paid after 45 days, $1,000 paid after six months of employment.

Up to $1000 with no timeshare experience: $500 paid after 45 days, $500 paid after six months of employment.

Responsibilities

Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.

Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.

Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience And Company Standards

Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.

Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
