Position Overview
National Account Director – Band 5

The National Account Director leads the incentive and luxury group segment across Prince Resorts Hawaii. This role focuses on generating high‑value corporate incentive travel, executive retreats, and luxury group experiences by leveraging an extensive network and delivering high‑touch sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and close corporate incentive, executive retreat, and luxury group business.

Identify and secure high‑value opportunities aligned with each hotel’s premium positioning.

Activate network with incentive houses, corporate planners, and luxury advisors.

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.

Craft compelling proposals and lead immersive site inspections.

Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, contracting, and closing.

Structure value‑driven deals while protecting rate integrity.

Ensure seamless transition from sales to operations.

Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals.

Collaborate cross‑functionally on luxury service delivery and program customization.

Maintain strong sales application skills (CI‑TY, Delphi Opera, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Support broader sales initiatives and provide leadership within the sales organization.

Assist Area Director of Sales, Group with SOPs and reporting.

Other Duties

Actively participate in industry and community initiatives.

Represent Prince Resorts Hawaii respectfully.

Attend REVMAX and resort management meetings as needed.

Perform additional related duties.

Working Conditions

Normal office conditions; sitting, lifting, standing.

Walk the resort for client tours.

Travel off‑island or out of state as required.

Work Hours

Flexible schedule determined by Area Director of Group Sales.

Long and irregular hours, >50 hours per week.

Equipment Use

Proficient use of computers, resort applications, and office equipment.

Valid passport and state ID required.

Mental and Physical Demands

Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.

Manage stress and challenging situations.

Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Travel by airplane with sales materials.

Perform administrative duties at a desk.

Communication Demands

Proficient in English (read, write, speak).

Strong verbal, written, and public presentation skills.

Read, understand, and negotiate contracts.

Present to small and large groups.

Accept coaching and provide feedback.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

Preferred: Four‑year college degree.
