Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy for existing and potential customers in the DACH region and neighboring markets such as France or the Benelux countries.

Manage existing accounts, acquire new customers, and execute targeted strategies for lead generation and successful Key Account Management.

Drive sales forward in close collaboration with product development, marketing, production, inside sales, and operational units.

Prepare annual sales forecasts and analyze market trends to make strategic adjustments and strengthen brand reputation.

Represent the company in the DACH market and ensure a strong positioning within the industry.

Actively support proposal preparation and manage the tendering process.

Required Skills

Completed commercial or technical education, ideally complemented by a degree in business administration or economics.

A strong network within the broader regional rail sector.

Excellent presentation, moderation, and communication skills in both German (fluent) and English; additional Western European languages are a plus.

Willingness to undertake regular business trips.

Deep understanding of DACH/EU regulations and requirements in B2B and B2G.

Solid experience with DACH and Central European B2G and B2B tenders.
