Athletic Communications Game Operations Work Study

The Athletic Communications Department promotes Union College student-athletes through our website and wide-ranging media relations efforts. This position offers students a variety of communications opportunities for those interested in the athletic communications field.

Work available: Days, nights, weekends
Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr
Number of Positions Available: 4
Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Assist at home athletic events with statistical inputting and spotting
Run the clock, scoreboard or other game operations at home games
Write game recaps for posting on the athletics website
Produce social media graphics, website maintenance, etc.
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications

Knowledge of sports is preferred
Professionalism and positive attitude
Ability to work nights and weekends
Attention to detail
Ability to take direction and learn
