Design Director: Brand Vision & Creative Lead

XDS is on the lookout for a Design Director to steer our creative vision in the North American market. In this role, you will oversee the visual expression of the X-LAB brand across various marketing channels. As a Player-Coach, you'll manage a high-performing creative team and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering departments to deliver impactful designs.
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and expertise in visual design and brand building to elevate our marketing communication.
