Responsibilities

Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling skills

Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products

Meet personal and store sales goals through professional salesmanship

Build and maintain client relationships using the store clienteling program

Maintain visual merchandising and store operational standards

Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service

Genuine interest in fashion and styling

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
