The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and driven Social Media Intern who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up with 3 passionate founders who have a lot of real-world experience and positive team vibes.

This is not a typical internship. This can turn into a massive opportunity for the right person. You’ll work directly with the founders to:

Shape the voice of the brand

Build and execute social strategy

Create content that actually moves people

Help grow a movement—not just an audience

Sell merchandise and products that helps mental health

This role is designed to evolve into one of our first core hires, with meaningful equity upside that can be life-changing.

What You’ll Do
Strategy

Collaborate with founders on brand voice, positioning, and messaging

Help define what “Vibes Matter” looks and feels like online

Identify platforms, trends, and growth opportunities

Planning & Execution

Develop weekly and monthly content plans

Build and manage a content calendar

Execute consistently across platforms (IG, TikTok, X, etc.)

Report on user and engagement growth

Content Creation

Create short-form video, posts, captions, and stories

Turn ideas, quotes, and moments into shareable content

Help capture authentic, real-life “vibe” moments

Tools & Systems

Research and select the best tools for:

Scheduling

Editing

Analytics

Build lightweight systems that scale

Influencer Strategy

Identify aligned creators and communities

Build an influencer outreach plan

Initiate and manage outreach conversations

Help form early partnerships and collaborations

Who You Are

You are a good person, with good vibes, who is a good communicator, fun to be around, who can take work and fun seriously, requiring little to no supervision to GSD.

You’re obsessed with social media and understand what performs on all platforms or a willingness to try

You’re both creative and execution-focused (ideas + action)

You have strong intuition for content, culture, and trends

You’re scrappy and comfortable building from zero

You care about personal growth, mindset, and energy

You want to be part of something bigger than yourself

Bonus if you:

Have experience growing an account (personal or brand)

Are you comfortable on camera or directing content

Are based in San Diego / SoCal
