About us:We're a Denver-based all inclusive wedding services company running twobrands: Colorado Outdoor Weddings (adventurous elopements andmicro-weddings) and Superbloom Weddings (traditional celebrations,launching this year). We capture some of the most beautiful days ofpeople's lives, and we're building a social presence that matches thequality of the work. We move fast, test constantly, and care aboutresults.The role:We're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video and can pick up a phone and make it, not just plan it. You'll be thecreative engine behind our content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTubeShorts, Facebook, and Pinterest: spotting trends early, shootingcontent yourself in our office with the team, writing the captionsthat make people stop scrolling, and guiding our editor to final cutsthat perform.This starts at ~10 hours/week. If you drive real engagement, there'sgenuine room to grow with expanded hours and, for the right person, alead role as our social presence scales. We're being upfront: this isa chance to prove what you can do and grow with us.What you'll do:- Shoot short-form vertical video yourself, on-site with our team using a phone (yours or ours). You're comfortable being the one behindthe camera.- Identify emerging trends, audio, and formats across platforms beforethey peak, and decide which fit our two brands and audiences.- Develop concepts and shot lists, and direct the energy on shoot days.- Train and equip our photographers to capture the right short-formfootage on real weddings when you're not there with clear guidance,examples, and shot lists they can execute solo.- Guide our video editor with strong references so final cuts hit theengagement bar we're after.- Write captions and hooks tailored to each platform and audience- Adapt across two distinct markets: adventurous out-of-state elopementcouples and traditional in-state wedding couples.- Track what's working and adjust.Essential Skills:You shoot your own content. You have a strong instinct for framing,movement, and capturing footage that cuts well for verticalshort-form.Deep, current fluency in short-form video culture you can namewhat's trending right now and explain why it worksA strong eye for visual style and storytellingAble to read different audiences and tailor content to distinct demographicsComfortable directing and teaching such that you can show a photographer howto get the shot, not just describe itSelf-directed, reliable, and based in or near Denver with the abilityto be on-site weeklyNice to have:A personal or client social presence you've grownExperience in wedding, lifestyle, travel, or visual/luxury brandsTo apply:Send your resume and most importantly, links to short-form videoyou personally shot.
