CGC is seeking a Full-Time Program Coordinator to join our Signature Series Team.

Our Program Coordinator

is a forward-facing representative of CGC responsible for all aspects of these special witnessing and signing programs and events CGC is known for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PROGRAM COORDINATOR:

Aiding and assisting in the coordination of Facilitator events, requests, applications, inquiries, and issues

Booking flights and hotels for artist/creators and witness staff

Coordinating and signing contracts for meeting spaces and signings

Communicating with Human Resources travel, and employee event participation, and updating sheets and detailed itineraries for events

Working directly with artists/creators on their travel and lodging needs

Managing all travel logistics for signings and shows

Coordinates, assists and works alongside the CGC team during in-house and off-site signing events

Attends and travel to domestic tradeshow events

Prepares and processes customer applications and payment information

Assists with locating Facilitators and witnesses to support programs and events

Coordinates and maintains program/event communications, including emails, online media, and artist accounts

Regularly communicates program updates, needs, and other matters to management teams

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be able to travel, overnight stays at destinations are often required

Available to work overtime hours as business needs present

Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be a superior customer and service driven individual

Strong detail oriented, and focused
