What You'll Do
Account Management

Own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Lead regular client communications, including status updates, reporting, and strategic discussions

Strategic planning through execution

Delivery Excellence

Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with expectations

Maintain visibility into project status, timelines, and resourcing

Proactively identify risks and solve issues before they impact delivery

Uphold quality control across all work streams

Client Service & Growth

Deliver exceptional client service that builds trust and long-term relationships

Identify opportunities to expand services and drive account growth

Bring forward ideas, insights, and recommendations that add value

Actively contribute to client success and retention

Team Liaison

Collaborate closely with internal teams including digital, creative, PR, and media

Translate client needs into clear, actionable direction for internal teams

Ensure alignment across all disciplines for integrated execution

Keep communication flowing and teams accountable

Opportunity Identification

Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts

Support proposal development and scope expansion

Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Problem Solving

Address challenges quickly and effectively with a solutions-first mindset

Navigate client feedback and internal constraints with professionalism

Drive resolution while maintaining strong relationships

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of account management experience in an agency or related environment

Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, traditional, PR, content)

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

High level of accountability and ownership

Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
