OVERVIEW
We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a

part-time

Account Manager

to serve as the primary representative of ESS within

Park Rapids Area Schools .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular, in-person site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within

Park Rapids Area Schools .

Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.

Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.

Train, direct, and appraise staff.

Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.

Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.

Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 5 hours daily

Work hours vary between 6:30am-4:30pm

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) to work on the computer.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic.)
