We are looking for a

Senior Web Product Designer

to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of large-scale platforms used by global clients.

This role is for a Senior Product Designer who likes ownership, complexity, and impact. Someone who can think in systems, guide product direction, work closely with product and engineering, and turn complicated processes into something people can actually use in the field.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing web-based digital products, preferably enterprise SaaS, CRM, ERP, operational, or B2B platforms

Experience designing products from scratch, including discovery, workflow definition, information architecture, and end-to-end product design

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems

Experience working with complex business workflows, operational processes, and enterprise users

Experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools

Experience integrating AI into design workflows

Strong attention to detail

Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

Good ability to navigate constraints, including business logic, workflows, and system rules

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and client

Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems

Structured, self-organized approach to work

Knowledge of accessibility principles, research and problem solving

Good level of spoken and written English (At least Upper-Intermediate, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in pre-sale and pitch activities

Experience designing mobile applications

Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains

Previous experience mentoring or leading designers

Core Responsibilities

Participate in client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification, design discussions, and product vision

Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows, considering real user goals and operational constraints

Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff

Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and/or Product Owners to ensure alignment with system logic, workflows, and technical constraints

Support and maintain product design processes, including user research, hypothesis validation, and concept development

Contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products and platforms

Clearly and professionally communicate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders

Portfolio
We usually prioritize reviewing real project experience over test tasks. Please share examples of your work that demonstrate your product thinking, design process, and decision-making.
