Compensation: Commission-only with weekly stipends for first 4 months; OTE $60,000-200,000

Position Summary
The Account Executive (Commercial Finance, Originations) is the first point of contact with small business owners. Your role is to prospect, qualify, and set appointments for our closing team. This is a high-activity, high-reward role where you’ll learn the foundations of deal-making and finance while building the habits of a top producer. You’ll earn commissions on deals your leads generate, with weekly performance stipends to keep you moving forward. The better you perform, the faster you advance toward closing and broker roles.
Responsibilities
Execute high-quality, high-volume outreach through our CRM to book senior‑advisor meetings.
Perform basic credit analysis to assess opportunities against underwriting signals; spot red flags (NSF patterns, deposit volume, capital structure) and green lights (character, collateral, coverage ratios) to ensure submission approvals.
Keep immaculate CRM notes and follow tight cadences (calls/SMS/email/VM).
Uphold compliance (TCPA/DNC) and represent the firm with professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field a plus) but not required.
Prior sales, corporate finance, or call‑center experience helpful but not required.
Clear, confident communicator with strong note‑taking and organizational skills.
High drive, personal accountability, and a growth mindset; coachable with fast implementation of feedback.
CRM fluency and ability to follow structured cadences.
Interest in corporate finance products (term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment finance, ABL, revenue‑based financing).
