Summary
The Brand Manager, Hennessy Prestige, supports the development and execution of marketing strategy and activations across the U.S. for the Hennessy Prestige portfolio. This hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create consumer and shopper-driven brand plans that drive equity, distribution, and profitability. The role is responsible for A&P management, campaign execution, and measurement of program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute consumer and shopper-driven brand plans to maximize brand equity, revenue, and profit for the Hennessy Prestige portfolio.
Define strategic briefs for creative agencies and create compelling presentations to secure internal and external buy-in.
Plan, manage, and steward ATL and BTL programs including media, experiential, PR, trade advocacy, sampling, and retail visibility.
Collaborate with Brand Director, Strategy and Business Planning, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Sales, Finance, and Maison partners to align priorities and deliverables.
Manage A&P deployment, budget phasing and pacing, MAP maintenance, and ensure programs deliver positive ROI and KPIs.
Oversee campaign timelines, agency and vendor relationships, program execution, optimization, and post-program measurement.
Conduct competitive analysis and support commercial analytics and monthly reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods, wines and spirits, or consumer packaged goods brand marketing.
Experience developing brand strategy in a commercial context and executing both ATL and BTL programs.
Proven ability to manage agencies, third-party vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and highly refined communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver on A&P and profitability goals.
Working knowledge of French is a plus.
