Summary
The Assistant, High Jewelry supports the Team Manager, Private Client in delivering personalized luxury experiences to High Jewelry clientele. The role manages client appointments and communications, processes high-value transactions, and provides expert aftersales care while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. The Assistant also creates and maintains digital client portfolios and coordinates merchandise and deliveries for exclusive presentations.
Responsibilities
Assist with client appointments, communications, and personalized service for High Jewelry clients.
Process high-value transactions accurately and discreetly in collaboration with operations leaders.
Provide aftersales care, manage special orders, and create digital High Jewelry client portfolios.
Coordinate with store and operations teams to secure and prepare merchandise for presentations and sales.
Manage incoming client requests, deliveries, and shipments, and support gifting and event follow-ups.
Serve as a High Jewelry ambassador on the Masterpieces Floor as needed.
Requirements
2-3 years of retail experience, ideally within Watches & Fine Jewelry.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce is highly preferred.
Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime as needed.
Deep knowledge and passion for luxury brands and high jewelry; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage confidential client information and independent workload.
Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities strongly preferred.
