Position Overview

Program Coordinator, Medical Education (East Coast) –MedForce, an IQVIA business, provides best‑in‑class medical communication services to life‑sciences companies. The coordinator manages multiple medical education programs from inception to completion, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.
Responsibilities

Coordinate program planning, logistics, and attendee recruitment.
Manage speaker communications, scheduling, and travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground).
Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage audio‑visual needs.
Develop invitations, confirm attendance, and distribute learning materials.
Handle speaker expense administration and post‑program material collection.
Adhere to PhRMA guidelines, Sunshine Act, and state/federal compliance regulations.
Maintain budgets and manage overall program financials.
Provide onsite support to clients, speakers, and patients; moderate virtual programs.
Perform post‑meeting reconciliation, final headcount, and payment processing to venues.
Execute other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education and/or work experience.
Previous meeting planning experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Professional demeanor, strong customer‑service orientation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation, budget management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Knowledge of PhRMA guidelines, the Sunshine Act, and relevant regulatory compliance.
Travel Requirements

Possibility of travel 1–3 times per year, including weekends. Candidates must reside in the country where the position is posted.
Compensation and Benefits

Potential base pay range: $37,400.00 – $106,800.00 annually. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation may be offered, along with health and welfare benefits.
