About Oasis Arts
Oasis Arts is a San Francisco–based nonprofit dedicated to raising the impact of queer arts both locally and globally. Drawing on over a decade of legacy in the queer arts community, Oasis Arts provides artists—especially those from LGBTQ+ and BIPOC backgrounds—with space, mentorship, resources, and platforms to create and share innovative work. In partnership with community organizations and civic arts agencies, we nurture diversity, foster intergenerational artistic exchange, and amplify voices that have historically been excluded from mainstream arts spaces.

Position Summary
The Programs Manager supports and advances the artistic vision of Oasis Arts. This is a hands‑on creative and operational role, responsible for helping to develop, produce, and execute a dynamic year‑round slate of programming—from theatrical productions and residencies to community events and artist support initiatives.

The Programs Manager is a trusted collaborator and deputy to the Artistic Director, capable of leading projects independently, supporting artists through the production process, and representing Oasis Arts' artistic values internally and externally. This role is ideal for a creative practitioner who is as comfortable in a planning meeting as they are backstage.
