About the Role
Corporate Communications and Content Support

Assist with marketing communications for external and internal audiences

Social media posts

Website and blog content

Internal communications and announcements

Support development and editing of marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards

Assist with content for presentations and other corporate materials as needed

Manage the social media calendar and oversee content posting

Assist with monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve content performance

Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and company updates

Assist with coordination of external communications, including announcements and brand messaging

Provide support on projects related to public relations, awards, or media requests as needed

Events and Community Engagement

Support the planning and preparation of internal and external events

Assist with sponsorships, community engagement, and team volunteer opportunities

Help coordinate promotion and communication for events

Business and Project Support

Assist with Enclave Development and Construction Request for Proposals (RFPs)

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer audiences

Process and code marketing invoices

Collaborate with the marketing team to create deliverables that are clean, consistent, on time, and aligned with corporate style guidelines

General Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned

All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces

Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees

We're Seeking Individuals Who:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.

Have 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media management tools.

Have experience supporting events, communications initiatives, or marketing campaigns.

Communicate clearly and professionally with strong attention to detail.

Can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining consistency and follow‑through.

Collaborate well across teams and build strong working relationships.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Take ownership of their work and proactively contribute to team success.

Bring a solutions‑oriented mindset and a strong sense of organization to their daily work.
