Marketing Social Media Coordinator

Ross Mortgage Corporation is looking for an organized and creative marketing professional to support client communication, marketing campaigns, social media, and CRM management. This role helps maintain relationships with past mortgage clients while supporting loan officers with marketing materials and outreach efforts. Responsibilities

Manage and update the company CRM and client database

Create, run, and track email and marketing campaigns

Organize client lists for targeted outreach

Track campaign results and customer engagement

Support automated marketing and follow-up communications

Assist with social media content and promotional materials

Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems or marketing tools preferred

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented and dependable

Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
