Key Responsibilities

Craft design assets including ad sets and landing pages driven by data insights.
Produce motion graphics and short-form videos for social advertising.
Edit existing video assets to create high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
Collaborate with teams to align motion creative with overall marketing goals.
Design and conduct A/B tests using CRO tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in graphic design focused on performance-driven creative.
1 year of experience with motion graphics.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping.
