We are conducting a search for a VP of Field Commercial on behalf of a national leader in mobility solutions and healthcare services. This is a high-impact executive role sitting at the intersection of sales strategy and field execution, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the referral base across an assigned territory.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this leader will oversee a cross‑functional commercial team (Sales, Operations, Service) and serve as the senior commercial presence in the field. The right candidate brings a proven track record in healthcare sales leadership, national account management, and building high‑performing teams inside multi‑location, growth‑oriented organizations.
What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a regional commercial team, driving accountability to monthly and annual revenue goals
Own national account relationships including QPR/scorecard management, advocacy, and executive‑level communication
Build and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand the territory referral base and penetrate new markets
Assess team competency and capacity; participate in hiring, development, and organizational redesign as needed
Develop and deliver sales training, education programs, and onboarding processes
Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders across Operations and Service to align on shared goals and remove execution barriers
Analyze territory performance data, forecast trends, and implement course corrections to hit targets
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, funding developments, and competitive dynamics affecting the business
Support proposal development, presentations, and negotiations at the leadership level
Drive change initiatives that improve commercial efficiency and support long‑range growth objectives
What We’re Looking For

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of commercial management experience
5+ years of healthcare experience with responsibility for multi‑location operations, team development, and organizational leadership
Preferred:

Background in CRT, DME, clinical/therapy, or a related healthcare services environment
Demonstrated success in business development and building referral networks from the ground up
Experience managing national accounts with formal QPR/scorecard processes
Salesforce or comparable CRM proficiency
Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned to annual revenue and EBITDA targets
Proven track record as a change agent in a rapidly evolving, matrixed organization
Strong executive presence with the communication skills to influence across all levels of an organization
Comfort operating in a PE‑backed, performance‑driven culture where results and accountability matter
This is a field‑based role requiring approximately 40% travel
Candidates must be comfortable operating within a cross‑functional matrix organization
