SCM Specialist
Summary
Responsible for overall sales support and customer service tasks to achieve and enhance departmental goals through experience and skill.
Essential Duties
Process customer EDI orders and manage inbound/outbound deliveries.
Create and monitor purchase/sales orders, shipments, and on-time deliveries.
Communicate with customers and logistics keyholders regarding product or delivery concerns.
Execute internal import/export processes (e-CRS, LRTC, Item Master, AB# etc.).
Manage inventory (item, location, quantity).
Price management in E-1 (upload new price requests, request price changes, confirm registered prices match agreements).
Verify prices on customer POs (including Blanket POs) with Sales members.
Supplier management and other duties/projects as assigned.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Working Hours, Working Style
09:00 – 17:00. On-site work required, consistent with company’s Flexible Work Arrangement policy (in-person collaboration and team interaction emphasized).

Salary/Benefit
$24/hour (Temp-to-hire). Benefits provided upon conversion to permanent hire.

Qualifications
College degree and typically 3–6 years of work experience.
Experience with JDE Oracle (E1) or SAP required.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Fluent English; business-level Japanese preferred.
Strong mathematical and reasoning skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions).
Ability to work in a moderate-noise open office environment; travel may be required.
Physically able to perform standard duties (standing, walking, occasional bending, long hours at computer).
