Sourcebooks is seeking an Editor for Bloom Books to manage and edit both adult and young adult fiction. Candidates should have over 5 years in publishing and a passion for romance. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote option in New York or other states including Arizona, Connecticut, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000/year will be provided, dependent on experience and qualifications.
