What your future day will look like:

Develop strong relationships with top focus accounts.

Manage one direct report and continue to build the sales team with 1-2 more reps.

Represent the company in trade shows and build brand recognition.

Negotiate and close agreements with new customers.

Be involved in communicating technical capabilities of the product.

Manage the sales pipeline, continually researching and building up the potential list.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

8+ years in selling bio-based materials or plastics, B2B

Hungry, growth-minded attitude

Existing network of contacts with the accounts the company is focused on

Ability to hold technical conversations

Demonstrated strong track record of closing major sales (success stories on a resume is required)
