Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic oversight of all construction operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives
Partner with executive leadership on business planning, forecasting, and operational improvements
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams across multiple markets and project types
Construction Oversight
Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Drive consistency in processes, safety protocols, and performance metrics across all projects
Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, cost control, and project delivery
Client Development & Relationship Management
Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with business development teams in pursuits, presentations, and contract negotiations
Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and community engagements
Preconstruction & Estimating Support
Partner with preconstruction teams to ensure accurate budgeting, scheduling, and project planning
Provide executive oversight on complex pursuits and high-profile projects
Help shape project strategies that align with client goals and company capabilities
Financial & Operational Management
Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
Contribute to company-wide financial and operational decision-making
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with strong design/build experience
Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects and teams
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships
Strong understanding of construction operations, preconstruction, and financial management
Experience working with commercial projects such as office, industrial, healthcare, retail, or mixed-use
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
