We are seeking a
Digital Ads Manager
to support an emerging beauty brand with paid media execution and optimization across
Meta
and
TikTok Shop . This is a part-time contract opportunity ideal for someone who knows how to build, manage, and scale performance-driven campaigns in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products space.
The ideal candidate has hands on experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, conversion, and revenue. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate clear success through past campaign performance, testing strategies, and measurable ad results.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok Shop
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and testing strategies to improve performance
• Collaborate on promotional calendars, product pushes, and campaign messaging aligned with brand goals
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
• Identify creative trends, platform best practices, and growth opportunities specific to beauty consumers
• Support product-level and shop-level advertising efforts to help drive online sales
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of paid social performance metrics and campaign optimization
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or other consumer brands preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time contract capacity
• Comfortable analyzing campaign data and translating results into actionable recommendations
• Must be able to share relevant success stories, case studies, or examples of ad performance results
• Excellent communication and organization skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands
• Background in creative testing and ad iteration for product-focused campaigns
• Familiarity with beauty consumer trends and purchase behavior on social platforms
