Sr Sales Support Coordinator

Position
Sr Sales Support Coordinator – Rogers, Arkansas Sales office. Reports to Director, Sales. Focuses on item setup, maintenance, quoting, sample management, and POS analysis across Action Figures, Vehicles, Building Sets, and Plush categories.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Set up new items using Item 360, Supplier One, 1 World Sync, Scintilla, and Data Sync/Retail Link

Maintain item accuracy through regular information maintenance ensuring assortment has new items built and linked properly

Manage seasonal quotes for new and existing items, including domestic and import quotes with the import team

Ensure accurate item setups in Supplier One, assist in requests and delivery of samples, update product description templates, acquire images, and update requested account forms

Manage item setup, maintenance, and accuracy for Walmart.com business with third‑party providers

Assist with office duties: PO management, inventory, vendor relations, and occasional event hosting

What We’re Looking For:

Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook

Experience using Walmart systems: Scintilla, Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, and 1 World Sync

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales analysis, merchandise buying/planning, or related field

Strong analytical skills

Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with internal team members and customers

Understanding of item assortments and parent/child item relationships

Detail oriented with ability to maintain high level of process accuracy

Pay range is indicative of projected hiring range; base pay will be determined based on location, skills and experience. Mattel offers a comprehensive benefits package.
