The NetSuite ERP Sales Specialist is a mid-level, quota-carrying sales role responsible for pursuing and closing NetSuite ERP opportunities generated by the firm. These opportunities originate from existing Forvis Mazars clients, internal colleague referrals, and firm-supported marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys partnering with consulting teams to deliver well-scoped, right-sized ERP solutions. The Sales Specialist works closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), NetSuite solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams, owning the sales process from qualified lead through close and handoff to implementation.

What You Will Do:

Pursue qualified NetSuite ERP opportunities sourced from existing clients, internal referrals, and marketing-supported initiatives

Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal development, pricing coordination, contract negotiation, and close

Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business needs, operational challenges, and growth objectives

Position NetSuite ERP capabilities and FORVIS Mazars services in a consultative, value-driven manner

Translate client requirements into well-scoped NetSuite ERP solutions in partnership with solution architects and delivery leaders

Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and solution discussions tailored to executive and operational stakeholders

Collaborate closely with:

Sales Development Representatives for lead handoff and progression

Business Developers on account expansion and cross-service opportunities

Marketing on campaign-driven leads and messaging feedback

Delivery and practice teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth transition to implementation

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales activity tracking within the firm's CRM system

Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales performance expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within:

ERP or cloud software sales

Professional services or consulting

Technology-enabled business solutions

Proven ability to manage and close complex, consultative sales opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence

Ability to articulate business value and align solutions to client needs

Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling or supporting NetSuite ERP or other cloud-based ERP platforms

Background in accounting, advisory, or professional services environments

Familiarity with multi-stakeholder, mid-market sales cycles
