Senior Growth Leader: Membership & Brand Strategy

The Front Climbing Club is hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies for membership growth and revenue. This role will drive demand generation, manage sales funnels, and ensure brand consistency while working in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly for membership or subscription businesses. Familiarity with Customer.io and strong communication skills are also essential. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
