About the Opportunity

This role owns the entire content production process across a growing portfolio of brands focused on hunting, travel, experiences, and lifestyle content.
From filming founders and guests to building content libraries and delivering finished videos daily, you'll play a critical role in driving audience engagement and brand growth.

What You'll Do

Produce High-Impact Content

Edit engaging video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
Transform raw footage into polished, story-driven content
Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and increase production efficiency
Shoot & Direct Content

Capture video content on location and remotely
Direct founders, hosts, guests, and other on-camera talent
Identify and document authentic moments that resonate with audiences
Build & Maintain Content Systems

Organize and manage extensive video libraries
Create searchable content archives for future use
Develop scalable workflows that support ongoing content production
Manage Studio Operations

Set up and maintain recording studios and production environments
Oversee camera, lighting, audio, and remote recording systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize production quality
Support Multiple Brands

Produce content for several growing business divisions
Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling visual storytelling
Help drive audience growth through engaging content strategies
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Advanced video editing expertise with hunting and travel areas
Professional experience shooting and directing video content
Strong knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Experience using AI tools within a content production workflow
Exceptional storytelling and content selection instincts
Motion graphics, photography, and visual design capabilities
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States
