We are seeking a talented and creative Remote Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing designs for our online and offline training materials. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for our online and offline training materials
Assist in the development of visual concepts and design layouts
Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for training materials
Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our design process and output
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience in e-learning design is a plus
