Role Description
The Content Marketing Specialist supports the execution, development, and optimization of content across key digital channels for a multi‑brand portfolio. This role translates brand strategy and campaign direction into clear, compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative, and DTC teams, this role ensures content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for performance across email, social media, eCommerce, and Amazon. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple content workflows in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination

Support execution of the marketing content calendar across email, social, and DTC channels

Translate campaign briefs and brand direction into channel‑specific content needs

Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teams

Write and edit content across channels, including email campaigns, social posts, and product copy

Upload, format, and publish content across platforms (email, CMS, social tools, Amazon)

Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and campaign objectives

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content

Email Marketing Execution

Build and deploy email campaigns in collaboration with CRM/DTC teams

Support segmentation, scheduling, and campaign setup

QA email content and ensure accuracy before launch

Track performance and flag opportunities for improvement

Social Media Execution

Support day‑to‑day management of social media calendars and publishing

Draft and schedule posts aligned with campaigns and brand priorities

Monitor engagement and support community management as needed

Identify content trends and support ongoing optimization

eCommerce & Amazon Content Support

Assist in updating and optimizing product content across DTC and Amazon (PDPs, A Content, etc.)

Ensure product copy and assets are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards

Support content updates tied to launches, promotions, and merchandising needs

Support basic SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and on‑page content optimization

Assist in drafting and publishing blog content to support SEO, campaigns, and brand storytelling

Influencer & Campaign Support

Support coordination of influencer and partnership programs

Assist with outreach, deliverables tracking, and content approvals

Ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards

Performance & Reporting

Track basic content performance metrics across channels

Compile reports and share insights with the team

Support testing and optimization efforts across email, social, and product content

Proactively keeps up with emerging trends and best practices across content marketing & digital marketing channels

Qualifications

1–3 years of full-time, professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce

Strong skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Editing

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Experience in the wellness, spa, or medical equipment industry is a plus

Salary Range: $60,000–$72,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
