Summary The Global Integrated Campaigns team is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Integrated Campaign Manager to enhance the effectiveness, adoption, and scalability of our global campaign strategies. You will join a dynamic team of campaign strategists who collaborate closely with Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Content teams. Your role will be to support the Campaign Leads in distilling business goals and priorities, designing comprehensive campaigns and programs, and ensuring strategic communication, coordination, and enablement across the entire system.
Responsibilities Develop & Scale the Global Integrated Campaigns Function
Lead the global campaign flighting calendar, ensuring timing, priorities, and resource allocation align with corporate priorities
GIC Project Management
Support VP with weekly communication efforts, team meeting agenda and deck preparations
GIC Hub and Repository management and best practice support
Templates, Playbooks & Enablement
Manage and update Global Integrated Campaigns Onboarding Materials
Design, maintain, and promote scalable templates, playbooks, calendars, SLAs, and post-campaign reviews
Develop comprehensive SOPs to ensure consistency, onboarding speed, and knowledge transfer across teams
Drive adoption of enablement assets; schedule enablement calls, track usage, gather feedback, and iterate to improve efficiency
Campaign Landing Calls & Cross-Functional Alignment
Organize and lead planning for campaign landing calls, status updates, milestone reviews, and post-launch debriefs
Manage communication pre, during and post landing calls for both internal team and external stakeholders
Organize internal team retrospectives to ensure improvement for future landing calls
Drive and communicate awareness across our cross-functional stakeholders, product marketing, creative, localization etc.
Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, programming management, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing, global marketing teams.
Strong strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience coordinating with global marketing programs
Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Proficiency with marketing technology and collaboration tools (CRM/MA, project management software, Slack/Teams, Google Workspace).
Qualifications Preferred Project management certifications and our experience

Experience leveraging and Tableau for marketing performance analytics

Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00- $50.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
