Overview
Owns end-to-end product development for utility bedding categories (e.g., protectors, toppers, pillows)
Drives product strategy aligned with brand, sales, and margin goals
Acts as a central partner across design, sales, vendors, packaging, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
Lead product development from concept through launch
Manage category performance, including sales and margin targets
Partner cross-functionally to deliver on product calendars and launches
Analyze competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with vendors on sourcing, costing, and production
Support buyer meetings and key account presentations
Qualifications
5+ years of product management or buying experience
Strong understanding of retail cycles and product development
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
