Blue Meadow Brands is a fast-growing beauty incubator and the team behind Squishmallows Fragrances — one of the most exciting new launches in the category, now in 1,500 doors and rapidly expanding globally.

We are building a next-generation fragrance brand that blends emotional storytelling, collectability, and retail innovation and we’re looking for someone who can help bring that vision to life across our key retail partners.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our creator ecosystem into a best-in-class program within fragrance. This role goes beyond managing one-off partnerships. It is about building a dynamic network of creators that drives organic buzz, cultural relevance, and measurable growth.

You will own influencer strategy end to end, from identifying talent and building relationships to launching creative campaigns and driving EMV and earned coverage at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Growth

Build and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

Drive meaningful growth in EMV, organic coverage, and creator engagement

Identify whitespace opportunities to position Squishmallows Fragrances as a leader in creator marketing within fragrance

Partner closely with our digital agency to align creator content with paid media needs, including whitelisting, boosting, dark posting, and performance optimization

Creator Partnerships & Relationship Building

Identify, recruit, and develop a network of creators across tiers (nano - mega)

Build long-term relationships and convert creators into brand advocates (not just one-off partners)

Own all outreach, negotiations, and deal structuring

Seeding & Organic Program

Develop a best-in-class seeding strategy that drives consistent organic posting and buzz

Create scalable systems for product drops, gifting moments, and creator engagement

Track and optimize performance of organic creator activity

Campaign & Content Development

Partner with brand and social to conceptualize and execute influencer-led campaigns and content series

Lead influencer activations tied to key launches, retail moments (Ulta), and events

Ensure all creator content aligns with brand voice while still feeling native to each platform

Ensure all creator content is optimized for both organic and paid distribution across social and digital touchpoints

Performance & Reporting

Own influencer reporting, tracking EMV, engagement, reach, and conversion impact

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights

Manage annual budgets across paid partnerships, usage rights, and earned programs

Make data-backed recommendations to continuously improve performance

Who You Are

5 years of influencer and digital marketing experience within CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator-led ecosystems

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with creators and agencies with experience structuring deals

Strong understanding of paid social, performance marketing, usage rights, whitelisting, and creator amplification strategies

Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly

Passion for pop culture, trends, and what makes content go viral

Annual base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 (based on experience and location)
