Summary
The Sales Coordinator at the 57th Street boutique supports back-of-house operations and assists the sales team to ensure smooth store functioning. The role includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, stockroom organization, processing sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising and cashwrap standards. The coordinator contributes to client service by preparing product, managing transfers and returns, and assisting during the selling ceremony.
Responsibilities
Support back-of-house operations with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, transfers and other general tasks.
Process sales transactions, greet clients, pull product and assist the sales team throughout the selling ceremony.
Maintain cashwraps/registers and stockroom organized and stocked to company standards.
Assist with product transfers by pulling product and preparing shipments; handle returns and exchanges as needed.
Assist with visual merchandising moves and maintain salesfloor displays to company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail experience; luxury or contemporary preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of integrity.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
