Vacation Sales Coordinator (Linkage Marketing)

Assist owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.
Responsibilities

Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
Schedule and conduct sales presentations, managing customer expectations and ensuring guests meet eligibility requirements.
Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Stay current with company policies, safety procedures, and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications

Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; comfort with in‑person and phone interactions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Background and drug screening required as per state and local regulations.
Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
