Senior Graphic Technical Designer

As a Senior Graphic Technical Designer, you will be responsible for preparing and refining artwork files for production, creating detailed specification packages, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all graphics and signage are accurate, organized, and ready for print or fabrication.
Our client is a US-based company and is a leading manufacturer and installation provider specializing in printing, framing, signage, acrylic displays, and large-scale murals for commercial spaces. With extensive industry experience and a proven track record of delivering projects of all sizes, they serve clients across healthcare, senior living, hospitality, corporate, and hotel sectors. They are committed to transforming environments through high-quality visual solutions, combining technical expertise, craftsmanship, and seamless project execution from production through installation.
As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a Senior Graphic Technical Designer in the Philippines to join their team and play a key role in preparing production-ready artwork, developing detailed specification packages, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy across a wide range of print, signage, framing, acrylic, and mural projects.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong digital production experience who thrives in a technical environment, excels at communication, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, production-ready work with precision and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint
Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly
Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables such as color adjustments/matching
Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork
Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations
Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems
Stay current with design trends and emerging tech (including AI tools) to boost quality and efficiency
Preparing ADA Signage, Custom art, mural and logos/cutouts, spec packages and files ready for printing/cutting on media other than paper: canvas, vinyl, acrylic etc. These files are printed and cut on our CNC and Laser Cutters, as well as roll to roll and flatbed printers
