Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Compensation: $26-$31/hour Depending on Experience

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to help support both our customer sales process and marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing communication, organization, customer interaction, and creative projects. One part of your day may involve coordinating appointments and following up with customers, while another may involve helping with social media content, marketing campaigns, or community events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate sales appointments and calendars

Follow up with customer leads and estimates

Maintain customer records and sales tracking systems

Support communication between customers and sales staff

Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination

Help create marketing content including photos, graphics, and written posts

Coordinate with marketing vendors and partners

Assist with online reputation management and review follow-up

Help organize sponsorships, trade shows, and community involvement

Support reporting, dashboards, and workflow organization

Assist with process improvements and operational support

What You Bring

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Positive and professional customer interaction skills

Strong follow-through and accountability

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or marketing support

Confidence learning software systems and new processes

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Experience in HVAC, construction, or home services

ServiceTitan experience

Canva, social media, or digital marketing experience

Sales coordination or scheduling experience

Experience supporting a growing business environment
