Campus Tech & AV Specialist - Video & Training

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is hiring a Technician II for Campus Support Services in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is responsible for responding to technology requests, assisting with equipment repairs, and creating instructional videos.
Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, experience in technology support, and an Associate's degree preferred. A strong customer service skill set is essential as well as working knowledge of Crestron and Extron equipment.
