Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Machine Reliability Service Technicians based in Dallas and Houston TX. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and delivering field services for mechanical and electrical equipment. Duties also include assisting customers with technical support, ensuring equipment reliability, and contributing to predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair techniques for mechanical and electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site and hands‑on technical tasks
Effective Customer Service skills to communicate and maintain client relationships
Understanding of maintenance practices to implement predictive and preventive measures
Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or vibration analysis are advantageous
Previous experience in a similar role within the equipment maintenance or vibration analysis field is a plus
