As a Newswriter I, you will play a vital role in providing data-driven insights to marketing and sales professionals by optimizing content workflows and ensuring high accuracy in the B2B news insights we deliver. This entry-level position is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about research, content production, and tracking marketing trends.
Your primary focus will be on data gathering, routine content production, and tool-based execution under supervision. You will bridge the gap between high-volume news writing and basic data management.
High-Volume Lead Generation: Produce 10+ B2B news articles daily by researching targeted industries and companies using assigned sources and databases.
Trend Monitoring & Forecasting: Monitor industry news, analyze financial/advertising data, and compile trend reports for content production and actionable sales leads.
Database Entry: Execute basic database entry to log, organize, and maintain research data.
Quality Assurance: Edit your own work and review others' output for clarity, data accuracy, and seamless workflow efficiency.
Editorial Guidelines: Strictly follow AP Style and in-house editorial guidelines for all written content across both US and UK English audiences.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate closely with Researchers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure all content accurately meets customer needs.
Tool Utilization: Use project management and data tools (Airtable, Google Workspace, internal databases) to streamline research and log data.
Workflow Automation: Assist with product development initiatives related to AI/LLM tools, content automation, and workflow improvements.
Technique Refinement: Continually refine your research techniques to enhance overall content and data quality.
