Publicity Coordinator, Series, Amazon MGM Studios at Amazon Culver City, CA

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a talented, creative, and self‑motivated publicity professional to join the Amazon MGM Studios Series PR team as a Publicity Coordinator.
Location: Culver City, CA. The role reports to the Publicity Principal and supports the broader Series PR team including Studios and MGM+.
Responsibilities

Support the senior PR team on series campaigns, including creating talent itineraries, booking glam, coordinating travel, managing screener access, and compiling coverage reports.
Coordinate logistics for talent appearances globally, when applicable.
Support the execution of in‑person and virtual junkets and premiere events.
Help track and maintain series budgets and campaign success metrics.
Assist in developing written publicity materials as needed.
Keep current on trends, issues and news about both the business and consumer worlds of television and entertainment.
Create new vendors and purchase orders; trouble‑shoot purchase orders.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year of publicity experience gained in the TV or movies industry assisting at an agency, studio or network.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in television publicity; specifically at a streaming service, studio, network or agency.
Deep knowledge of the entertainment industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
A passion for pop‑culture and entertainment.
Willingness to work hard and get the job done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the role.
Extremely detail‑oriented with an ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Willingness/availability to travel and work extended hours, including weekends when necessary.

The base pay for this position ranges from $51,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,500/year in our highest geographic market. Amazon is a total compensation company and may offer equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits as part of a comprehensive package.
