The Assistant Media Planner is the connective tissue of the media team – the organized powerhouse who keeps plans moving, teams aligned, and ideas turning into action. You'll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration, supporting the development and execution of strategic media plans across digital and traditional channels.

What Will You Be Doing?
Own the Rhythm of the Business
Demonstrate professional, clear and concise business communication (both written and oral)
Partner closely with internal and external teams with respect to client expectations/deliverables and planning, focusing on key points and next steps
Support seamless coordination across disciplines to keep work moving forward
Power the Media Planning & Execution
Provide ongoing plan maintenance through the upkeep of essential planning documents
Own and understand key brand information and brand campaign details
Assess, organize and execute multiple projects accurately, thoroughly, efficiently and simultaneously
Build and maintain flowchart shells with precision
Pull and compile competitive audits using syndicated research tools
Assist with plan presentations, including tactic descriptions and supporting slides
Support Client & Partner Collaboration
Own calendar coordination for client, agency and creative partner meetings
Support agenda development to ensure meetings are strategic, focused and productive
Draft and distribute follow up communications, recaps and next steps to drive accountability
Strategic Contribution & Team Presence
Be vocal, present ideas and communicate brand knowledge at appropriate team meetings
Demonstrate the ability to think ahead and understand the bigger picture
Tactfully communicate informed perspectives on relevant issues and planning considerations
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Business preferred)
Relevant Internships (preferred)
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
Comfort with numbers and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Collaborative mindset and strong eagerness to learn
Curiosity about media strategy across channels
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range $34,000 - $60,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
